1. Service Description

Transita is an AI-powered immigration pathway analysis tool operated by Okapi Works (Belgium, EU). The platform allows users to complete a short profile quiz and receive a ranked list of potential visa options across the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and Germany, based on publicly available immigration criteria.

Transita is an informational tool only. We do not file applications on your behalf, represent you before any immigration authority, or act as your legal representative in any capacity.

2. Not Legal Advice

Transita is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. No attorney-client relationship is formed by your use of this platform. The match scores, pathway rankings, and informational content we provide are generated by AI based on publicly available immigration guidelines and do not constitute legal advice, legal opinions, or recommendations regarding your specific situation.

Immigration law is highly complex and fact-specific. The same visa category may have significantly different requirements, processing times, and approval rates depending on your nationality, employment history, education, family situation, and many other factors. Only a qualified, licensed immigration attorney who has reviewed your full circumstances is qualified to advise you.

3. Accuracy Disclaimer

Match scores and pathway rankings are estimates based on publicly available immigration criteria at the time of writing. Immigration rules, fees, processing times, and requirements change frequently — sometimes without notice. Transita does not guarantee that any information on the platform is current, accurate, or complete.

We do not guarantee that using Transita will result in a successful visa application, immigration approval, or any specific outcome. A high match score is not a guarantee of eligibility, and a low score does not mean you are ineligible. Formal eligibility can only be determined by the relevant immigration authority or a qualified legal professional.

4. Eligibility to Use the Service

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Transita. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, please do not use this platform.

5. Acceptable Use

By using Transita, you agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform using automated tools.
• Abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the platform's infrastructure or APIs.
• Impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code or AI models underlying the platform.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the platform for users who violate these conditions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, user interface elements, text, graphics, trademarks, and underlying technology of Transita are the exclusive property of Transita / Okapi Works, or are used under licence. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the Transita name, logo, or brand assets without our prior written consent.

You may use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without explicit written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Belgian law, Transita and Okapi Works shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from:

• Your use of or reliance on the platform or its content.
• Any immigration decision, visa application outcome, or legal consequence resulting from information obtained through the platform.
• Inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in the match results or informational content.
• Interruptions, bugs, or unavailability of the service.

In any event, our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, given the platform is free, is zero).

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Transita is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind — express, implied, or statutory — including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the service, you agree to the collection and use of data as described in that policy.

10. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the platform at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. The current version is always available at transita.app/terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Belgian law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Belgium.
