No. The TN (Trade NAFTA/USMCA) visa is only available to Canadian and Mexican citizens. Colombian nationals must use other US work visa categories: H-1B (lottery-based), L-1 (intracompany transfer), O-1A (extraordinary ability), or employment-based green cards. Some Colombians working for multinational companies use the L-1 route from a Colombian office.
How competitive is Express Entry for Colombian applicants?

A strong CRS profile (480+ with good English, relevant experience, and a job offer if possible) places Colombian applicants in range for most general Express Entry draws. What German language level helps the most for German immigration from Colombia?
For the Chancenkarte, B1 German gives 1 point; B2 gives 3 points (the maximum for language).
