10 of the 108 routes Transita tracks are restricted by citizenship, meaning the passport alone decides them before anything on your CV does. 1 is open to Mexican citizens: TN Visa (CUSMA/NAFTA) (United States).
The other 9 are closed to a Mexican passport whatever else is true of your profile, including the Working Holiday Maker (subclass 417) and the E-3 Visa.
