The spread is the whole point. A working holiday route costs a few hundred dollars, clears in weeks and leads nowhere permanent, while an investor route can run to $16,800 and take three years. A filing service cannot tell you which of those you want, because by the time you are filing you have already decided.
Most of them lead to permanent residency, and 62 carry a published residence clock on top of that. The fastest is the L-1A (United States) at 2 years, the slowest the B Permit (Third-State) (Switzerland) at 10 years. A job re-reads every source once a week and hashes what comes back. When a page changes, the route is flagged for a person instead of being quietly rewritten, because nothing automated can tell a reworded paragraph from a raised salary threshold.
