Score 0-100. Combines venue density, the breadth of late-night food, and the actual hours bars and clubs operate. Cities at 88+ have a real night economy where 1am dinner and 4am bars are normal. Mid-70s cities have a strong scene that closes earlier. Low scores are not necessarily a knock; they often correlate with strong family or weather scores in the same city.
