Score 0-100. Heavier weighting on healthcare access and self-determination (the two factors that materially affect daily life) than codified anti-discrimination law alone. Recent legal shifts matter — e.g. Germany's 2024 Self-Determination Law, Spain's 2023 Trans Law, the UK's 2024 Cass Review and GIDS closure. Sports policy and ID changes are tracked but weighted lower since they affect a narrower slice of daily life.
